Your idea, built and running in a short time.

We are a senior team that takes products from architecture to production: .NET backends, React web apps and dashboards, cloud, AI assistants and MCP integrations, mobile apps and WhatsApp services. Tell us the idea and we will discuss how to deliver it.

Recent work

Recent work in motor insurance.

Three recent projects in Latvian motor insurance: two live services and one app in development. More case studies, including client portals and dashboards, are coming.

Agreed accident statement in WhatsApp

LTAB, Motor Insurers' Bureau of Latvia

Two drivers after a minor collision fill in and sign the agreed accident statement in WhatsApp. No paper form, no app to install, and the statement goes straight into LTAB's system.

  • No app to installDrivers start in WhatsApp, which they already use. Nobody has to find, install or update an app at the roadside.
  • Legally valid without paperBoth drivers sign one statement with a qualified e-signature, which has the same legal effect as a handwritten one under EU rules.
  • Ready for LTAB, no rekeyingVehicles come from the LTAB register. The signed statement and photos are registered automatically and an accident number is issued.

LTAB OCTA mobile app, version 2

LTAB, Motor Insurers' Bureau of Latvia

A new version of LTAB's driver app: OCTA status for every car, an accident statement each driver signs on their own phone, and protection against lost devices.

  • OCTA status at a glanceEach car shows whether OCTA is active, ends in a set number of days or has expired, so lapses are spotted early.
  • Each driver signs on their own phoneThe second driver joins by QR or code. An unfinished statement can be resumed, and retries never create duplicates.
  • A lost phone loses accessEach phone holds its own hardware-protected key. Removing a device or deleting the account takes effect within 30 seconds.

OCTA in WhatsApp, with an AI assistant

ABC Polise, insurance broker

Drivers compare OCTA offers, pay and receive the policy in a WhatsApp chat. An AI assistant limited to insurance topics answers questions in the same conversation.

  • Compare, pay, done in chatCustomers see offers from several insurers side by side, pay by bank link or card and get the policy by email.
  • Renewal prompted in the chatA reminder before the policy ends brings the customer back to the same conversation, where buying again takes a few taps.
  • Answers within safe boundsThe AI assistant answers insurance questions around the clock, never sees customer data, and does not quote prices or recommend an insurer.

All projects

One of our strengths

Your customers already have WhatsApp. Often they don't need another app.

An app pays off for something people use daily. For a task done once a year, or after a minor collision, the install step is where many people give up. In those cases we build a WhatsApp service with a small web page instead.

01

A separate app for every task

  • Find it in the store, install it, create an account
  • Every update goes through two app stores and waits for their approval
  • Unfamiliar screens for every new user

02

WhatsApp plus a small web client

  • Start with one message in an app people open every day
  • Identity checked with Smart-ID or eParaksts, no new passwords
  • Forms, photos and signing open in a simple web page from the chat
  • One interface on every phone, and changes go live the same day

What we do

Everything a product needs, from the first sketch to production.

Architecture and consulting

We review your idea or existing system, choose the architecture, estimate the work and plan a first release. Code and infrastructure audits for systems that need a second opinion.

Web apps and dashboards

Client portals, admin panels and data-heavy dashboards in React and TypeScript. Fast, accessible interfaces designed by our designer and tested before release.

Backend, APIs and integrations

.NET services, APIs and databases that hold the business rules. Integrations with registries, payments, email and identity: Smart-ID, eParaksts and qualified e-signatures.

Cloud and DevOps

Containers, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and backups. We deploy, run and support what we build, or take over operations of an existing system.

AI assistants and MCP

AI assistants and MCP servers that connect models to your data and tools, with access checks on your side, topic limits, usage limits and logs.

How we work

A first working version quickly, then steady releases.

  1. 01

    Discuss the idea

A call about the goal, the users and the deadline. You get a written scope, the proposed architecture and an estimate.

  2. 02

    Design

Our designer turns the flow into screens and a clickable prototype, and we review it with your team before building.

  3. 03

    Build and test

Short iterations with a demo on a test environment every week. Automated tests and code review on every change.

  4. 04

    Launch and operate

We deploy, monitor and support the product, and keep improving it. You own the code, the accounts and the documentation.

The team

Several senior developers and a product designer.

You talk directly to the people building your product, with no account managers in between. The developers cover architecture, backend, web, mobile, cloud and AI integrations; the designer owns user flows, interfaces and visuals.

Priority support

Something broken in production?

We investigate incidents, fix critical defects or ship an urgent release, also in systems we did not build. Scope, rates and availability are confirmed before work starts.

FAQ

Common questions before a project.

What kind of projects do you take on?

New products and existing systems: web apps, client portals and dashboards, backends and integrations, cloud setup, AI assistants and MCP integrations, mobile apps and WhatsApp services. If you have an idea, describe it and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right team.

Which technologies do you use?

.NET and C# for backends, React and TypeScript for web apps, SQL databases, Docker and CI/CD in the cloud, iOS and Android apps, and current AI models connected through APIs and MCP. We adapt to an existing stack when that makes more sense.

How fast can you start and deliver?

We can usually start within a few weeks. A first working version usually follows within a few weeks, because we start with what is needed first and release in small steps.

Do you work with companies outside Latvia?

Yes. We work in English and Latvian, during Central European business hours, and agree hosting regions and data requirements before we start.

WhatsApp service or mobile app: how do we choose?

If customers use the service rarely or need to act quickly, a WhatsApp service with a light web client is usually the better choice. If they open it every week, an app is worth it. For LTAB we built both: a WhatsApp service for the accident statement and a new mobile app for everyday OCTA checks.

How do you keep AI safe?

The model only gets the data and tools it needs, and your backend checks every request. Assistants answer an agreed list of topics, have usage limits and log every answer. Purchases and personal data stay in verified flows.

Do you support the product after launch?

Yes. Hosting, monitoring, updates and new features under a support agreement with agreed response times.
