1. About these terms
This website is operated by SIA "Dexlaris". These terms govern your use of the website. They do not govern any paid engagement, which is always set out in a separate written agreement.
2. Use of the website
You may use this website for lawful purposes and to learn about our services or contact us. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in a way that breaches applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.
7. Engagements
Any project, service or deliverable is subject to a separate agreement between you and SIA "Dexlaris", which takes precedence over these terms for that engagement.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Latvian courts.
